How to maintain the DC fans in summer?

Even people can't stand the high temperature in the summer, which is same to working machines. How to maintain the DC fans in the hot summer?
1. According to the environmental conditions of use, the DC fans bearing should be supplemented or replaced with lubricating grease from time to time (the closed bearing of the motor does not need to be replaced with lubricating grease during its service life). Running without oil is strictly prohibited.
2. The DC fans can only be operated under normal conditions. At the same time, it is necessary to ensure that the capacity of the power supply facilities is sufficient and the voltage is stable. It is strictly forbidden to operate without phase. The power supply line must be a dedicated line, and temporary lines should not be used for long-term power supply.
3. The DC fans should be stored in a dry environment to avoid the motor being exposed. Defensive measures should be taken when storing in the open air. During storage and handling, the DC fans should be prevented from bumping to avoid damage.
4. The operating environment of the DC fans should always be kept clean and the surface should be kept clean. There should be no debris in the air inlet and outlet, and the dust and other debris in the fan and pipes should be removed regularly.
5. During operation, it is found that the DC fan has abnormal sound, the motor is seriously heated, the shell is electrified, the switch is tripped, and it cannot be started, etc., it should be stopped immediately for inspection. In order to ensure safety, it is not allowed to carry out maintenance while the DC fans are running. After the maintenance, it should be tested for about five minutes to confirm that there is no abnormality before starting the operation.

Only when the DC fans are well maintained can the equipment be durable and work effectively.
